Set-up the 1st national-level tourism office (NTO) for Singapore Tourism Board (STB) in Shanghai in 1993; Being market pioneer to establishing Singapore¡¯s market visibility as a popular destination for Chinese visitors in the early part of STB¡¯s history. Previously stationed in Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu city since 1993.  Also, market poineer to establish 1st Australia Tourism NT travel trade operation for Greater China region in 2006 and 1st Philip Island Nature Park's (PINP) China marketing & sales representative office in 2009 respectively.

Officially appointed and representing overseas tourism bureau, leading travel & hospitality service providers in China market, including Tourism NT, Lac Hong Voyages Vietnam, Tour East Group, Australia PINP, Delivering Asia  and Samui Vocation in responsible for successful marketing & sales, OTA promotion, agent sales / channel distribution and tour product development targeted at different Chinese market segments.

Extensive experiences & solid ground knowledge in China travel industry, spanning from initial market entry, trade channels to the tour product development, media/PR & digital marketing while working for both government tourism bureaus and travel companies/tour operators over the past 15 years.

She was part of the senior management team to steer the brand and market development in Asia for Lindt & Spr¨¹ngli and Merlin Entertainments where she played an instrumental role in building the marketing functions in China and led the marketing and trade team across Asia during her tenure with Lindt and Merlin.
